It is very simple to operate, simply slide the safety ring, open the grill, place the sausages inside, close the grill and slide the safety ring on again to ensure the grill is closed properly. The grill should be placed on top of the embers or another heat source (never over a direct flame) and you need to turn it over to ensure the sausages are cooked properly on both sides.
