The delivery times for our products may vary according to their availability and the country of delivery.
Our warehouse is in Spain and we send orders from there. If delivery for your order is within Spain, the estimated delivery time (with normal shipping) is 24/48 hours.
If delivery for your order is any other country in Europe, the delivery times are 1-5 days, depending on the distance of the country from our warehouse.
These delivery times may vary in the event of any issues occurring, during periods of high demand (due to the saturation of courier companies), or on public holidays when these companies do not make deliveries.
We work with the best transport companies: SEUR, MRW, GLS, UPS... The courier company that delivers your order may vary depending on the volume and weight of the product or the delivery address.
Once you place the order, you will receive a confirmation email to inform you of the courier company that will deliver your order.
We ship to practically every country. When placing an order, you will be able to see all the countries available.
We deliver from €3,90 and we have free delivery to Spain (mainland) when you spend at least €30.
The cost of delivery to Europe starts from €4.50.

There are a variety of reasons for the possible return of products:
1. Return due to withdrawal from purchasing the product.
You can make a return due to withdrawal from purchasing the product provided you do so within 14 days of the purchase.
2. Return due to the product being broken or damaged during delivery.
During delivery, products may become damaged and not arrive in perfect condition. In this case, there are two very important factors you must comply with:
- You have a period of 48 hours from the delivery of the order to inform us of the incident.
- Take photos of the condition of the product and the boxes and labels from the courier company. These pictures will be used as evidence to be able to make the different claims.
3. Return due to a product fault/defect. Guarantee.
All our products come with a two year guarantee during which we will cover any manufacturing defect. The start date of the guarantee is the date on the purchase receipt.
4. Return due to fault/error with the order delivery.
If you receive a product that does not match what you have purchased, it may be a packaging error or mix-up of labels with the courier company. If this is the case for you, remember that you have a period of 48 hours to notify us about the issue.

In the specific case of products considered “consumable goods” (such as batteries), it is not possible to make proper assessment of their condition unless they are being used. For that reason, the guarantee will apply in accordance with their consumable condition and specific characteristics, such as use life, specific charging cycles, etc.
