In case the point of sale was our online store www.innovagoods.com, please contact us at hello@innovagoods.com and indicate in the subject "Return for product recovery" and the order reference (example: SHIG6561346); include your Order Number and Name in the content of the email attaching an image of the label of the purchased product. Emails without an attached image of the label will not be considered.
